We were not the General Contractor on this job, there are things we would have done differently.  We did design and do a lot of the work and are pleased with the appearance of it all.  This is Pressure Treated Fir Decking (aka "Outdoor Wood") accented with 6" Cedar decking.  The rails are Cedar with Smoked Glass Panel infill.  We assisted in a ton of Rot Repair, Resurface and Rebuilt the Rails on the Main Upper Deck, Built a new and expanded Balcony to the Master Bedroom, and then Designed/Built the Octagonal Mid-Level Deck and Stairs leading to the yard.
