I purchased a home in March 2019. One of the biggest things I needed to address was the deck.

Michael demo'd and rebuilt our deck. I talked to several companies and chose to go with him because he was responsive, answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained our options. The work was first rate and came out even better than we had hoped. While tearing down our old one, he found a few things that concerned him. Again, we discussed options and decided to go with his recommendation. It was clear he wanted us to be happy with the work and for it to last a long time. When they were done, he took all of the extra wood and supplies back to the lumber yard and our account was credited. That impressed up. I highly recommend Michael. Michael and his team did a fabulous job on my recent deck renovation. Not only was there one large deck, but there were two decks totaling about 1000 sf so it was a challenging job, not to mention it was the middle of winter and it rained and snowed through the majority of the build. I went with the Timbertech composite, and I was very impressed with Michael's eye for detail and his teams pride in their workmanship. They went above and beyond in many areas such as accommodating my request for a 'grand' staircase, and were always willing to put in any additional effort to make sure the job was done correctly, all within the budget Michael quoted me. If there was anything that needed to be done outside the original scope, he would discuss it with me and provide the pros and cons, and provide a recommendation on how he felt we should proceed. Right after the deck was completed, I also had Michael do some additional indoor dry wall work for me and again, the attention to detail and pride of workmanship was evident. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and M3 Decks to any of my friends, in fact I have already given his name out twice to friends and co-workers.

They're finishing our second deck contract with them at the moment, they replaced our rear deck April 2021 and now essentially rebuilt our front deck (reinforced & added supports, new decking, new railing).
