This was a Rebuild of sorts for the Bergs.  The original raised deck was too small to do much with a staircase that took up way too much of the yard.  The lower deck was decent sized, but we increased it a bit.  Both Decks were completely rebuilt so the would last another 25+ years and age with the new TimberTech Edge Prime Plus in Cocoanut Husk with TimberTech Pro Terrain Brown Oak Accent and Classic Composite Rails with Radiance Rail Cap.
