Josh has been with M3Decks for almost 3 years and took over as Foreman in 2022. He comes to us with 5 years of previous construction experience including plumbing, framing, concrete, drywall, roofing, and painting, among other skills.  Prior to that he was a professional mover for 9 years where he enjoyed "...getting paid to work out...".
