This deck had 3 challenges: 1. Ground level and couldn't inspect its framing 2. Mobile/Manufactured Home that cannot be attached to 3. Tight Budget.  The Framing had Termites and had to be completely replaced giving us a blank canvas.  After Reframing a free-floating deck, we covered it with TimberTeck EDGE Prime (no longer available in small quantities) Dark Teak with Maritime Gray Accent and added an open safety rail so that the landscaping could be seen while protecting these advanced adults from falling.
